We’re finalists in The East Midland’s Chamber’s Leicestershire Business Awards!

It goes without saying we’re all delighted because we’re genuinely mad about customer service. It’s not lip service, we all put in so much effort to get things right.

The trades get a bad rep, most of the time it’s justified. The main reason tradespeople aren’t thought too highly of by some, is simply because the customer service can be abysmal.

All too often we hear about how other electricians, plumbers, plasterers, or whichever trade, has let one of our customers down.

It may be that they could never get them to answer the phone, they turned up late, they never turned up at all, they made a mess, or they disappeared after doing a poor job leaving a customer between a rock and a hard place.

We’ve heard all of these horror stories numerous times, sadly. That’s why we aim to deliver first class customer service. Mostly, by just doing the basics well.

 The brightening up our customers’ days is the crucial part. We know most of our customers aren’t daydreaming about a new IP rated weatherproof socket, or a gleaming 3 phase distribution board.

Instead, they want a garden to be proud of that can host amazing barbecues to wow their friends. Or, it might be that the commercial rewire is the key to growing their business to get the sales they need to prosper. That’s what we deliver, the service to get you what you really want.

Moreover, feedback is so important to us. Good or bad. The bad is often more valuable – because it provides an insight into a process we could improve upon, so we don’t let customers down in the future.
