Steve was searching for a competent, reasonably priced electrician with “a good standard of work who could handle the work we gave them” when he found Glenfield Electrical.
“Electrical requirements can be a bit hit-and-miss – you can have nothing for a year and then six jobs in one day,” said Steve. “So, I knew I needed someone who could handle the workload when necessary.
“We have a number of properties to oversee for our customers, so we needed a responsive team of experienced electricians who could take on that volume of work. Who could carry out the neces-sary checks, give us clear quotes for work and then complete the work.”
Among the jobs successfully completed by Glenfield Electrical so far are repairs and maintenance, partial rewires and ESPRS (Electrical Safety for Private Rental Sector) inspections.
Steve said: “I’ve found Glenfield Electrical to be very competent, with high standards and fairly priced. They’ve been very good. They just get on with the job and you can leave them with it.
“I also like the fact that if you need something you can call their office and there’s always someone at the end of the phone. You don’t get that with smaller contractors, who often can’t take your call because they’re working on a job.”
He added: “I’d recommend them to people because they’re fairly priced and do a good job. They’re a decent, honest contractor that you can rely on. We’ll certainly keep on using them in the future.”
