Unfortunately we cannot fit in small domestic electrical jobs (excluding solar and EV charging) until late November. We would recommend contacting Sarson Electrical and Re-Lek Services.
You’ll always be able to reach us by phone during office hours. You’ll be told what can be done to help you and, if possible, you’ll get a quote over the phone. If it’s urgent, and you need an emergency call out, then you’ll be given a price for call out and our hourly rate. If you’re ringing for a quote, then we’ll take the basic details from you.

If you’d like a written quote, then we’ll find out when a free site visit is convenient. We’ll come out to see what you want doing and send you a written quotation within 5 to 7 days.

If you’re happy with our quote, then phone us and book in your job. Your work will be scheduled for a time convenient for you. If we need to order parts, we’ll factor this in. In the case of an emergency, we’ll get parts as early as we can and keep you informed. Electricians work 7.30am – 4.30pm, Monday – Friday

Once the job’s been completed, you’ll receive an invoice. Under our T&Cs, payment is required within 7 days for private work and within 30 days for a commercial job. A pro forma may be necessary – based on credit terms. Following payment, any relevant certificates are made available to you.
