The key responsibilities include:
- Working in an exciting range of domestic, commercial and industrial properties in Leicestershire, the midlands and further afield (when required)
- Installation of wiring, lighting, data cabling, testing and various other electrical works to the British Standard 7671
- Ensuring that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with HSE guidelines
- Meeting deadlines, time is of the essence for our clients and completing works on schedule is vital
- Understand and follow sketch/CAD drawings
- Ensuring your van is clean and tidy
- Leaving the properties you work in cleaner than when you entered them
Skills and requirements
We require an experienced and competent electrician capable of carrying out domestic, commercial and industrial electrical installations. The main skills and requirements are:
- Fantastic communication skills
- Good timekeeping and time management
- Work effectively to prevent client’s properties from being damaged and left tidy
- Strong attention to detail, not doing jobs to the best of your ability doesn’t sit right with you
- A positive attitude that encourages those around you
- A full UK driving license
